Three mad men in Russia went to the railroad.They took a wire. One of them fasten a wire to the rail.Then he throw another end of wire on catenary. Isolation of the wire was strong enough to hold voltage 3,3 kV for little time.But when electric train touched the wire, isolation was hurt and electric arc with explosion happened.
